MARRIED: On Tuesday evening last, by the Rev W. Burton, Mr. Frederick Wynock to Miss Anne Landers. At Carleton, N.B., on Thursday, 28th ult. by the Rev F. Coster, Mr. James Olive to Mary, third daughter of Mr. Ebenezer Clark, of Yarmouth, NS. DIED: On Wednesday morning, after a severe illness of several months, Mr. William Lewis, in the 40th year of his age; and in less than an hour after, his father, Mr. Waitstill Lewis, aged 83. On Saturday last, Mr. Richard Power, aged 33 years, a native of Waterford, Ireland, leaving a wife and three children. At his seat, Braziers, Oxfordshire, on the 14th October, Isaac George Manly, Esq. Admiral of the Red, aged 81. He was the last survivor of the crew who sailed with Captain Cook during his voyage round the world. In 1782 he was a lieutenant on board the `Prince George' and took part in the victory gained by Lord Rodney, on the 12th of April of that year.

MARRIED: On Wednesday, the 17th inst., by the Rev John Ross, Capt. William Raymond, to Miss Rebecca, second daughter of the late Capt. Alexander Bain. DIED: At Milton, on Monday last, after a long and distressing illness, Mrs. Elizabeth Landers, aged 55 years, widow of the late Mr. David Landers. On board the brig P.J. Nevius, on her passage from Sierra Leone to St. John, NB - Nov-10, Mr. Stephen Blaney, mate; Dec-2, Mr. William Harding, (son of the Rev H. Harding); Dec-4, Mr. James Stewart, 2d mate. - All of Yarmouth, NS.

MARRIED: On Thursday the 15th inst, by the Rev W. Burton, Mr. Nathan Lewis, to Miss Mary Elizabeth, eldest daughter of Capt. James Baker. At Chebogue, on Wednesday inst., by the Rev John Ross, Mr. Luffkin Hilton, to Miss Annas, youngest daughter of Mr. James Trefry. At the cove, on Thursday last, by the Rev John Ross, Mr. John M'Cormack, to Miss Lydia Ann, eldest daughter of Mr. John Kelley. DIED: Suddenly, on the morning of Monday the 19th inst., in the 46th year of his age, Capt. Anthony V.S. Forbes, Sub-Collector of Her Majesty's Customs at this port. By this dispensation of Providence, his disconsolate widow and family are called to mourn the in irreparable. Capt. Forbes entered the Army in early life, has served in almost every quarter of the world, and under the command of several distinguished General Officers, who have all borne testimony to his merits as a Soldier. On Sunday last, after a long and severe illness, Mary, wife of Capt. Rufus Utley, in the 32nd year of her age.

At Chebogue, on Thursday evening, by the Rev Charles Knowles, Mr. Andrew McGray, to Miss Almira, eldest daughter of Mr. John Churchill. At Barrington, by the Rev James Knowlan, Dec 12, 1837, Mr. Barzilla Smith, to Miss Anne Davis, both of Cape Negro. 17th Dec Mr. Obadiah Wilson Homer to Miss Agnes Woodfield, both of Barrington. 24th Dec, Mr. Frederick Slata to Miss Mary Swain, both of Blanche. 25th Dec, Mr. John Butler to Miss Elizabeth Hopkins, both of Barrington. 27th Dec, Mr. Stephen Smith to Miss Barbara Thomas, of Blanche. At Red Head, Jan 15 1838, Mr. Knowles Swain to Miss Charlotte McKinney. At Cape Negro, Jan 21, Mr. Martin Thomas to Miss Martha Nickerson. 11th Feb, Mr. Freeman Swain to Miss Mary Patterson. At Red Head, Feb 19, Mr. David Perry to Miss Elizabeth Goulding. DIED: On board the brig Tory's Wife, on the 3d of March, after several days' severe illness, Mr. Barnard Smith, of this place, in the 22d year of his age. He left the Tory's Wife on her return here from St Andrews, and sailed in the brig Halcyon, for Demerara, where he again fell in with the brig, and finding Mr. Wyman, the mate, dead, he again shipped on board of her, - assisted in getting her ready for sea, and two days after leaving port was taken sick, and died, and was buried in St. Kitts. - Com. At Liverpool, NS, on the 29th ult., Forbes Newton, aged 14 months, infant son of J.H. Freeman, Esq. Controller of H.M. Customs at that Port.

DIED: On Monday last, of consumption, Mary Alice, second daughter of Mr. Ebenezer Porter, age 15 uears - the third daughter of which this afflicted family has been bereaved by the hand of Providence within the last ten months. Her funeral sermon will be preached at 4 o'clock on Sunday afternoon, at the Baptist Church, by the Rev W. Burton. At Shelburne, on the 13th inst., of Scarlet Fever, Ann Maria Hardcastle, eldest daughter of the late Mr. John Tottie, aged 21 years, deeply lamented by a large circle of friends and relatives.

DIED: At Chebogue, yesterday, after a short illness, Mr. Bartlett Gardner, in the 80th year of his age. His funeral will take place on Sunday morning next, at 10 o'clock. At Shelburne, in the 80th year of his age, Mr. Duncan McLean, a native of Scotland, much lamented by his large family, and all who knew him.

DIED: On Saturday last, at Tusket, in his 86th year, James Lent, Esquire; for forty years a Justice of the Peace and of the Common Pleas, in this County, and formerly its Representative in the Assembly. Mr. Lent was one of that band of Loyalist, who, from motives of conscience, forsook their native homes, relinquished their possessions, and sought refuge in these Colonies, at the close of the American Revolution. He has ever since been one of the leading and most useful public characters of his neighbourhood. At Plymouth, on Tuesday the 7th inst., of comsumption, Mrs. Rebecca F. wife of Mr. Dennis McGrath, aged 31 years.

MARRIED: On Thursday, the 23d ult., by the Rev H. Harding, Mr. William Vail, of St. John, NB, to Miss Margery, second daughter of Mr. Ebenezer Clark, of this place. DIED: On the 18th ult., on board the brig `Herald', on her passage from Barbadoes, to this port, capt. Rufus Utley, of this place, in the 33d year of his age, leavinf 2 orphan children, who were only a few months before deprived of their mother. At Halifax, on the 19th ult., after a very short but painful illness, in the 61st year of her age, Mary, wife of Joseph Star, Esq., of that town. At St. John, NB, on the 21st ult., Thomas Millage, Esq., in the 62d year of his age.

DIED: At Milton, on Friday the 12th inst., Mrs. Eunice Landers, relict of the late Jabez Landers, at the advanced age of 93 yeras, one of the first settlers of this township; Mrs. Landers was a native of Gloucester, Cape Ann in Massachusetts. On Saturday the 6th inst., Mahitable, wife of Mr. Thomas Pierce, in the 27th year of her age. She was an exemplary member of the 2d Baptist Church in this place. Mr. Pierce was on a voyage to Boston at the time of her sickness and death. He has left to his charge 3 children, the youngest of whom is 9 months old.

DIED: At Milton, on the 26th ult., Mrs. Mary Corning, aged 79 years, after a long and severe illness. At Digby, NS, on the 12th ult, after a lingering illness, Miss Margery McIntosh, aged 21 years, daughter of the late Mr. Alexander McIntosh, of this place. At 98, West George Street, Glasgow, on the 9th of October, in the 28th year of his age, Hugh Doherty, Esq., Merchant, late of Strabane, (Ireland). Mr. D. had a mercantile establishment at St. John, NB. At Annapolis Royal, on Friday the 23d November, Isaac Bonnett, Esq., aged 86 yeras. Mr. B. was a native of New York, where he left his property, and which other loyalists emigrated to Nova Scotia in the year 1783; since that peroid he has lived at Annapolis Royal, of which town and county he was a coroner 48 years. He has left an aged widow and five children to lament his death. At Che??peake Bay, off Black River, about the 5th ult., Mr. John James La?kan, of Yarmouth, NS, seaman on board the ship `Ulysses', at Valtimore from Rotterdam. He fell from the foretopsail yard upon the deck and survived but a few hours.

MARRIED: On Thursday last, by the Rev H. Harding, Capt William Crosby, to Miss Rebecca, third daughter of Capt Thomas Crosby. On Tuesday last, by the Rev Mr. Dimock, Mr. Joseph Raymond, to Miss Letitia, fifth daughter of Capt Thomas Flint. At St. John, NB, on the 28th ult., by the Rev Doctor Gray, Mr. Benjamin Scott, fifth son of the Rev Jonathan Scott, late of Yarmouth, NS, to Miss Mary Ann Smyth Beamish, eldest daughter of Thomas Beamish, Esq., of Broad Strand, near London, and sister of the Rev George Beamish, Preacher of the Irish Language, and formerly (unreadable). DIED: At Wellington, Yarmouth County, on Sunday evening the 16th inst., after a severe illness of 21 hours, Mr. William Moses, in the 8?st year of his age. Mr. Moses, who left a widow and family, was one of the early settlers of the Province - he came frpom Carlisle, England, county of Cumberland. Drowned, at the Bay de Chaleur, by falling from the jib-boom, on the 27th October, Mr. Benjamin McLaren, of Argyle, in the 24th year of his age. Fell from aloft overboard, on a passage from Barrington to Halifax, Niels Rudolf Nickerson, of Ardenal, near Cluistiansands Norway, aged 24 years, mote of brig `John Homer'.
